            The law firm Lione & Lee, P.C., was established in February 1992.  Lione & Lee, P.C. is the successor of the firm Lione & Monroe, P.C. originally established in June, 1985.  A general practice firm, Lione & Lee, P.C., represents clients in all aspects of real estate land development, home building, mechanic’s liens, assessment liens, contract disputes, deed restrictions and other aspects of real estate property ownership.  Additionally, the firm is active in residential commercial real estate closings and is approved by a number of Austin area title companies to conduct real estate closings on their behalf.  The real estate closing business employs three real estate closers who currently office on the sites of the North, Westlake, and Round Rock real estate offices of the J.B. Goodwin Company.

            Although Lione & Lee, P.C. represents clients in litigation, either as Plaintiffs or Defendants, the firm’s underlying philosophy is that preventive measures should usually be because they fail to consult with an attorney before making an important decision.  Our firm maintains an ongoing representative relationship with many clients, especially real estate companies, brokers and agents,  in order to prevent such avoidable controversies.  This philosophy is reflected in the real estate closing aspect of the firm.
